The paid report is a digital product
The ₹149 full report — the re-check, before/after comparison, and removal-request letters — is generated and delivered instantly in your browser the moment payment is confirmed. Because it’s consumed immediately, we don’t offer refunds for change of mind once the report has been successfully generated.
When you are entitled to a refund
- Payment was deducted but the report never unlocked, due to a technical failure on our side (for example, a broken payment-verification step).
- You were charged more than once for the same report.
- Razorpay itself reports the payment as failed or reversed but you were still shown as charged.
In any of these cases, reach out (see below) with your payment reference and we’ll refund it via Razorpay to your original payment method.
Cancellations
There is nothing to cancel — this is a one-time purchase, not a subscription. No recurring charge is ever taken.
How refunds are processed
Approved refunds are issued back through Razorpay to your original payment method, and typically reflect within Razorpay’s standard processing window for your bank or UPI provider.
